Cancellation Policy
Refunds: Cancellations made by May 16, 2025 will receive full refund minus 5% of administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after May 17th, 2025.
Transfer of Registration: If unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual by notifying us in writing at least 7 days before the event begins.
Requests must be submitted in writing to secetariat@irps-regpep.org
Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event that the conference is canceled, we will refund registration fees minus 5% administrative fee.
